Douglas gave a talk on this at Gaming Miniconf @ Linux.conf.au. Hopefully I can get the videos up soon.
He also had a demo running on open day, which was pretty cool. Did you end up playing with it in real life?

Yeah I played with it IRL, it was awesome! I was so impressed I got him the OLPC
